From the data collected so far, it is suspected that these persons in cooperation with each other threatened Eral Myftaraj, administrator of a business based in Cerrik, Elbasan, asking him to withdraw from a competition procedure (public tender), won in the municipality of Tirana, from the company he managed. How did the threat happen?

Myftaraj, who owns a company with headquarters in Cërrik, won a 1 million euro tender for the supply of wood to schools.

He was threatened to give up or they would kill his family members. However, the businessman did not back down and filed a police report, after which the arrests took place. Father and son, Shaqir and Algert Alcani are suspected to be the organizers.
