The court releases the brother of MP Eduard Ndreca and calls the arrest illegal!

The Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction in Tirana has upheld the decision of the Court of Lezha for Armando Ndreca , the brother of the deputy of the Socialist Party, Eduard Ndreca .

Armando Ndoca is under " obligation to appear ", after he was arrested on April 11 involved in the cultivation of cannabis, where some people had turned the farm into a "grass house" in Lezhë.

Like the Court of Lezha, the Appeal considered the arrest of Armando Ndreca by the police as illegal, on the grounds that there is no evidence of his involvement in this activity.

For the event, Armel Nikdukaj and Elvis Shpellzai were sentenced to prison , who were caught in the camp in Kashnjet village of Lezha, where 2973 cannabis plants were planted, which was grown with bulbs.
