SPAK has launched investigations into 39 cases related to Electoral Crimes reported before and during the voting process for the May 11 elections, across the country.
The Special Prosecution Office is investigating 39 reports of electoral crimes, of which 17 reports have been sent to the police for verification, and for 25 reports it was decided not to initiate an investigation.
SPAK announcement:
Electoral Crimes - 156 materials administered 39 indictment materials have passed into the investigation phase (have been registered as criminal proceedings). 25 are decisions not to initiate a criminal investigation.
24 indictments have been sent for jurisdiction to the district prosecutor's offices.
17 materials have been sent for verification to the Local Police Directorate. (for additional information or for carrying out initial actions). 1 material has been merged with another existing case. The remaining part is in the verification process.
The counting process in Tepelena concludes, the Socialist Party wins with 3,214 votes
