The four socialist officials Erion Veliaj, Ilir Beqja, Jurgis Çyrbja and Alqi Bllako who are in detention in Durrës have not yet voted in this Sunday's elections.

According to A2 CNN, as soon as they were informed that the media had arrived, the four in question refused to vote and requested to vote without the presence of cameras and journalists.

There are 240 prisoners in Durrës prison. 195 of them are allowed to vote while the rest are detained due to final sentences.
