Two other people have been arrested for photographing the vote, one in Këlcyrë and another in Librazhd.

The 30-year-old man in Këlcyrë was arrested in flagrante delicto by police, immediately after leaving the polling station where he had photographed the ballot, and his cell phone was seized.

Meanwhile, in Librazhd, a 43-year-old man was arrested for photographing the vote, after his case was made public in the media.

"The Special Structures for the Investigation of Electoral Crimes Librazhd, under the direction of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office, arrested citizen MF, 43 years old, in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Violation of the secrecy of voting". Citizen MF, at polling station no. 2742, in the village of Spathar, during the voting process, is suspected of having photographed the ballot. The mobile phone used in this case has been seized", the police announced.
