A mass poisoning of stray dogs is reported to have happened in the city of Vlora, two days after an Italian tourist was bitten while jogging in "Lungomare".

It is suspected that the poisoning may have been organized by Vlora Municipality workers, as the "shortest way" to deal with this problem.

The concern about dozens of stray dogs staying in the area of ​​"Lungomare" in Vlora was raised by many citizens a few weeks ago, however the City Hall did not take any measures.

It seems that after the incident with the tourist, they have decided to choose the route of poisoning, leaving traumatized dozens of tourists and hundreds of other residents who saw the macabre scenes.
