At the request of prosecutor Valentin Preci, Tirana judge Armela Hasantari decided to lift the suspension measure of AMP director Florian Sulejmani.

The decision was given today in the Tirana Criminal Court immediately after a court in Berat declared incompetence.

During the closed-door session, the prosecutor stated that the criteria do not exist for the suspension measure to remain in force.

Because according to the prosecutor, the order of the head of the AMP to transfer two officers, one to Dibër and the other to Fier, did not cause any consequences as they could have been replaced with other officers.

On the other hand, the prosecutor in the case stated that the investigations will continue without delay against Sulejman.
