The bartender of the bar where the businessman Ardian Nikulaj was killed and a friend of the victim saw everything from the execution with 7 bullets that happened in a few seconds.
Nikulaj's friend, as can be seen in these images, is right next to the victim and the killer, who at one point even points a gun at them, as he quickly leaves for the door.
He was among the first to be questioned by the police. In the testimony provided by TV Klan, the person identified as Witness X, apart from the dynamics, shows some characteristics of the killer's physiognomy.
"I was at the door and I was facing the bar from Ardiani, when a tall man came from behind from my right side. He just told me "leave" and entered the bar and went towards Ardian and shot at him. The author was tall, full body, had a thick voice, but I don't remember the accent".
Even the barman of the bar, which was owned by the victim, has given some details about the author, which can serve the investigation. He says that from the greeting the killer gave, he understood that he was speaking with a dialect from the North, or from Central Albania.
"Around 12:30-13:00, I was at the counter, and sitting at the opposite table was the owner Ardiani, alone. At this time, a male person, who was tall about 190 cm, healthy, who was wearing thick clothing and a green work vest over his clothes, while he had a spacesuit on his head and his hand was in his hand, entered the bar. bag, strapped to the body. After he came close to the counter, he greeted us by saying "like a horse" and he approached the table where Ardiani was and after taking out the gun from the bag, he started shooting. I didn't manage to fix his face, because it all happened so fast. Also, I am not able to say from which area he might have been, but I think from the North or Central Albania, as it did not seem like a southern dialect to me".
In the investigation file provided by TV Klan, it is also said that two people, a father and a son, with whom the victim had a conflict with Nikulaj 3 years ago, were questioned as part of the investigation. Both have denied having anything to do with the murder, although the father has admitted that the 50-year-old businessman had beaten his son, while the son has rejected this claim.
The investigative team is following several leads, mainly that of the victim's previous conflicts.
