Reç-Shkodër Prison
The Internal Control Service in the Prison System (ICSB) has arrested the commanding director of the Reç-Shkodër Penitentiary Institution, Ervis Zika.
The arrest came after the order of the Shkodra Judicial District Prosecutor's Office.
There is currently no information on the charge for which Zika was handcuffed.
This is not the first time that this institution has had arrests in the rank of leaders for corruption and forged documents for prisoners.
