1220 hectares of flooded land in Shkodër, the Oboti road impassable

1220 hectares of land remain under water in Shkodër, increased by 100 hectares from yesterday. Oboti Street has 65 cm of water, increased by 5 cm since 18:00 yesterday.

This road continues to be operated with a high mobility vehicle together with four army forces.

Meanwhile, the Oblika 1 water pipeline continues to be out of order. In the place called Urrelat e Shirqi (expansion point of the Buna river), the Shirq-Darragjat road has 30 cm of water on the road.

Currently, the road is impassable for low vehicles. EC groups of the municipality are monitoring the situation.

The situation in the Municipality of Shkoder, at 08.00 on 22.01.2023, is presented as follows:
The level of the Drin river (Bahçallek bridge hydrometer) marks the quota of 6.10 unchanged at 18.00 on 21.01.2023 (quota max 7.50 m)
Lake level (Bune bridge hydrometer) marks 8.45 m with an increase of 20 cm at 18.00 on 21.01.2023 (max quota 8.70 m).
The total flooded area in Shkoder Municipality is 1220 Ha, increased by 100 Ha at 18.00 on 21.01.2023
Ana e Mali Administrative Unit 1200 Ha flooded.
The Obot street has a water level of 65 cm, increased by 5 cm at 18.00 on 21.01.2023
Oblika 1 Waterworks is out of order.
On the Oboti road, a high-speed vehicle is operating together with 4 army forces.
Dajç Administrative Unit 20 Ha of agricultural land (land surface behind the embankment).
In the place called Urrelat e Shirqit (expansion point of the Buna river), the Shirq-Darragjat road has 30 cm of water on the road, at the moment the road is impassable with low vehicles.
The EC groups of Shkoder Municipality are continuously monitoring the situation.
