The local police of Shkodra found the doll under the new Buna bridge, which is suspected to belong to one of the two drowned girls.

What is suspected is that Alma Arrazi, after drinking coffee with her sister-in-law, walked across the old Buna bridge and continued walking towards the new Buna bridge and sat down at the end of this bridge. in a terrain that is not very easy to land and from there, after arriving at the shore, it is suspected that she also committed the serious act by drowning with her three children, an event which is thought to have happened around 10:00 p.m.: 00 of April 2.

In the vicinity of the place where the doll was found, the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, also came and made a statement giving the news of the discovery of the second body. Until now, there is no witness who saw the 39-year-old woman and her 3 children walking on the bridge or even sitting down under the new Buna bridge or even the moment when she ended her life and that of the children.

Also, at least until now, there is no witness who could have seen Alma Arraz jumping into the water with her children, and there is no witness who has heard noises or screams of children. It is now expected that the expertise will return the DNA's answer if the doll belongs to one of Alma Arraz's children.

The prosecutor's office and the police are continuing the investigations to fully clarify this event for which Erdgys Arrazi, the husband of the 39-year-old woman, is detained for the criminal offense of "causing suicide" as a result of domestic violence, charges which he and his brother they denied it, unlike Alma's sister who accused her of domestic violence and treason.
